Full Time - Social Media Specialist - Walters Wedding Estates This is a full time, in person position based in the DFW Metroplex. Must be available to be on site at weddings and events in the evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish content for the Walters Wedding Estates Instagram and TikTok, including reels, stories, and feed posts.
- Organize and maintain a content library for easy access and reuse.
- Ensure all content reflects Walters Wedding Estates’ style, tone, and visual identity.
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas appropriate for our brand.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on Instagram and TikTok in a friendly, on-brand way, and engage with relevant accounts to support the brand’s presence.
- Be comfortable in front of the camera, sharing expert wedding tips, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes insights to connect with future couples.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience creating social media content (Instagram/TikTok a must)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong eye for visual storytelling, color, typography, and composition
- Basic video editing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple posts and assets
- Ability to take direction and maintain brand consistency
- Experience in weddings or lifestyle or influencer content is a plus
