About the Role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that deepen relationships with current key accounts and help establish Tate as the trusted partner of choice for future strategic customers. This role will partner closely with sales leadership to understand account goals, challenges, buying group dynamics, and growth opportunities, translating that insight into targeted campaigns, content, and engagement programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

The ideal candidate brings experience in the data center industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on key account engagement, sales alignment, competitive awareness, and full lifecycle account nurturing.

What You’ll Do

Account-Based Marketing & Growth

  • Develop ABM strategies for priority key accounts, tailoring plans to account needs, buying stages, and decision-maker journeys
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, digital, events, and direct engagement) to penetrate and expand key accounts
  • Partner with sales leaders to align marketing strategy with account goals, pipeline
  • Support development of strategic business cases and campaign plans for future high-value target accounts

Sales & Revenue Alignment

  • Create tools, messaging, and account-enablement content that help sales teams build credibility, strengthen relationships, and win deals
  • Support nurturing programs to advance existing relationships within accounts and re-engage dormant opportunities
  • Participate in key account reviews to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning, account strategy, and differentiation
  • Monitor campaign performance, pipeline influence, and account engagement metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize plans

Brand & Customer Engagement

  • Maintain consistent, professional brand execution across all ABM activities
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to support account growth

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies, including the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure all duties related to product compliance are followed in accordance with the Product
  • Compliance Policy, relevant laws, regulations, and market requirements.
  • Be responsible for completing tasks to achieve compliance goals and meet the demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System with a supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistleblower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • BS in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience in a Marketing, Product, or Specifications role in the data center or construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to collaborate as a flexible team player, including occasional travel as required.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Ability to support the Director of Marketing in a diverse and dynamic role requiring collaboration across teams, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with flexibility and creativity.
