Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Impact/Influencer Outreach Specialist to enhance our brand presence and foster meaningful community relationships. This role involves developing and executing outreach initiatives that leverage social media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations to promote our mission and expand our reach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Duties
- Develop and implement influencer outreach programs to build partnerships with community leaders, bloggers, and social media influencers.
- Manage content marketing efforts including copywriting, content creation, and editing for various platforms such as WordPress websites and social media channels.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve online visibility and engagement.
- Manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels to maximize outreach impact.
- Coordinate with product management teams for integrated marketing efforts related to community initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and emerging digital marketing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding initiatives, promotional events, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Knowledge of HTML basics and WordPress platform management is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and print advertising is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research effectively and analyze data to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with influencers and community partners.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
