BluBlonc is a fast-growing premium footwear brand building a powerful online and social commerce presence. We are looking for a hungry, driven, and highly capable E-Commerce Growth Manager to take full ownership of our Shopify store, Instagram growth, email marketing, and influencer strategy.

This is not a corporate marketing job.
This is a revenue leadership role.

You will own online growth end-to-end and be directly rewarded for the results you generate.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for driving revenue and brand growth across all digital channels:

  • Own and manage the BluBlonc Shopify store end-to-end
  • Build and scale Instagram into a major sales channel
  • Run influencer and creator partnerships
  • Plan and execute email + SMS campaigns that drive revenue
  • Launch promotions, product drops, and seasonal campaigns
  • Optimize conversion rates, funnels, and customer journey
  • Build brand presence, storytelling, and content strategy
  • Analyze performance and scale what works
  • Constantly test, improve, and grow

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building brands and scaling online businesses.

Experience We Like to See

  • Proven experience growing a Shopify brand
  • Experience managing Instagram for a consumer brand
  • Influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Email/SMS platforms (Omnisend, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Paid ads experience is a plus (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
