We proudly own and manage multiple product lines and brands, including our natural wellness brand Purenew, which recently advanced to the final round of the prestigious NEXTY Awards — a recognition of innovation and quality excellence in the natural products industry.
As part of our growth strategy in the U.S. and western markets, we are seeking a passionate, seasoned and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Associate to support our business development and demand-driving plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Wholesale & New Business Support:
- Support the wholesale business, including account management, order processing, and customer service for B2B clients.
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to onboard new wholesale partners and manage ongoing relationships.
2. iHerb & Third-Party Platform Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance on iHerb and other third-party platforms.
- Optimize product listings, monitor inventory, and coordinate promotions to maximize sales.
3. Content & Social Media:
- Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, and social media to promote wholesale, iHerb, and new business initiatives.
- Respond to customer and partner inquiries on digital platforms.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on sales, marketing, and business development KPIs for wholesale, iHerb, and new business channels.
- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager.
5. Trade Shows & Events:
- Assist with logistics and preparation for trade shows (e.g., Expo West) and industry events to support wholesale and new business growth.
6. Administration:
- Maintain product and price lists, sales collateral, and promotional materials for wholesale and new business partners.
- Support the Business Development Manager with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, preferably in the health and wellness or supplements industry.
- Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp and experience with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Experience with influencer marketing in the wellness space a plus.
- Familiarity with FDA guidelines related to the marketing of dietary supplements is a plus.
- Knowledge of supplements, nutrition, and the health-conscious consumer market a plus.
- Passionate about health, wellness, supplements and pets a plus.
- Experience working with international headquarters/across time zones a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
