Support executive communications, including speeches, talking points, and Q&A preparation.

Plan, execute, and host press tours, media events, influencer activations, and client engagements.

Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to amplify press coverage and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Monitor media coverage and brand sentiment, providing reports and insights on PR impact.

Oversee PR budgets, vendor coordination, and agency deliverables.

QualificationsExperience

24+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations (PR agency experience strongly preferred).

Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience preferred (hotels, restaurants, nightlife, or luxury brands).

Proven success in media relations, campaign execution, and securing local, regional, or national coverage.

Strong understanding of PR workflows, strategy, and brand storytelling.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Miami market experience is a plus; existing media contacts are advantageous but not required.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying the voice of a growing hospitality portfolio.

Hands-on, visible role with real impact across multiple brands and locations.

Opportunity to plan and execute high-profile events, media tours, and activations.

Collaborative, dynamic team environment with room for professional growth.

Flexible hybrid work model with occasional on-site engagements.
