Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth:  Drive aggressive revenue growth through proactive outreach, pitch development, and strategic sales execution.
  • Strategic Partnerships:  Identify and secure new retail, distribution, and influencer partnerships to expand Sigma Beauty’s global footprint.
  • Pipeline Ownership:  Manage and grow a robust pipeline, from prospecting to closing — with measurable outcomes and clear wins.
  • Client Relationship Management:  Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat business and ongoing success.
  • Market Intelligence:  Stay ahead of trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify untapped sales opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing:  Lead negotiations that secure high-value contracts and elevate Sigma Beauty’s visibility and profitability.
  • Performance Accountability:  Track, measure, and report results — and consistently exceed your targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in  business development or sales  (beauty or consumer goods preferred).
  • A relentless  sales mindset  — hungry, goal-oriented, and unafraid of rejection.
  • Strong understanding of the  beauty market  and what drives consumer demand.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;  1+ year of sales experience  required.
