Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase engagement and visibility. This role requires a creative mindset combined with analytical skills to optimize campaigns and foster strong relationships with our target audience. Experience is preferred. This is a very part-time job, perfect for a college student looking to pick up a few hours of work a week, or someone with a full-time job that wants to flex their creativity and earn some extra money. 2 hours of work a week to schedule out that week's posts. Timing is flexible as long as there isnt a gap in posting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tic-Tock
- Create reels and posts from content provided; opportunty to come on-site to record your own content will be reimbursed
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Analyze content engagement
- Engage in public relations activities by managing relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Pay: $2,400.00 per year
