Summary

We are seeking a versatile, compliance-aware Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through both strategic collaborations and "owned" digital channels. This role requires a unique blend of relationship management and technical marketing execution. You will be responsible for managing our influencer ecosystem while simultaneously overseeing in-house functions like Email/SMS marketing and CRO. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our specialized agency partners (SEO, Paid Ads, Video) to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnerships & Influencers (Boss’s Priority)

  • Identify, vet, and manage brand partnerships and influencer campaigns (UGC and Top-tier) aligned with personal safety.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables while ensuring all content is brand-safe and ethical.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with FTC disclosure requirements and safety-focused messaging.

2. In-House Channel Growth (Your Priority)

  • Retention Marketing: Manage the end-to-end execution of Email and SMS marketing campaigns (segmentation, automation, and creative).
  • Content & SEO: Create and manage the SEO content calendar, ensuring on-site copy is optimized for both search engines and conversions.
  • Conversion Optimization (CRO): Monitor website performance and implement initiatives to improve user experience and sales velocity.
  • Social & Community: Oversee organic social media presence and unique projects (e.g., Mascot project management).

3. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Act as the "Internal Project Manager" for external stakeholders, including:
  • SEO Agency (Technical)
  • Paid Ads Freelancers/Agencies (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Creative Partners (Video creation and display assets)
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and engagement metrics across all internal and external channels to report to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on e-commerce (Shopify experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in influencer marketing and partnership management.
  • Hands-on experience with Email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive) and Content Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance: Experience with FTC guidelines and marketing regulated or "trust-based" products.
  • Agency Management Skills: High level of organization and the ability to hold external partners accountable to KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze reports from various sources (GA4, Shopify, Ad Managers) to make strategic pivots.
