As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to support dynamic content creation and community engagement across our clinics.

Important: Due to the hands-on nature of this role, candidates must live within driving distance of one or more MD Esthetics clinic locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Virginia.

Job Overview:

The Social Media Coordinator will support the Marketing team with day-to-day social media execution, content creation, and community management. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Social Media & Content and plays a key part in bringing our brand to life across platforms.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves creating content, understands social trends, and enjoys engaging directly with an online community.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation

• Assist with capturing and creating social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Design social posts using Canva or similar tools to support monthly content calendars (promotions, holidays, launches, etc.)
• Edit short-form and long-form video content using tools such as CapCut
• Help monitor content published by clinic teams to ensure brand alignment and identify opportunities to repurpose strong local content
• Attend local content shoots and travel to other clinic locations as needed
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual social media reporting (analytics, trends, insights, highlights)
• Conduct competitive research and stay current on social media trends, sharing ideas with the team

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and paid ad engagement across social platforms
• Help execute proactive community engagement strategies to increase reach and interaction
• Represent the MD Esthetics brand voice in all online interactions
• Respond to user questions and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with managing negative or sensitive interactions and escalate issues as needed
• Stay informed on MD Esthetics services, products, and processes to ensure accurate responses
• Share community feedback, trends, and insights with internal teams to help improve the client experience

Ad-Hoc Support

• Assist with additional marketing needs including influencer support, content planning, and on-site content capture as needed

QualificationsLocation Requirement

• Must be within driving distance of MD Esthetics clinic locations in MA, NH, or VA

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2+ years of social media marketing experience preferred
• Hands-on social content creation experience required, especially video
• Experience with social monitoring or reputation management is a plus
• Creative portfolio strongly preferred (please include with application)

Technical Skills

• Experience using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Familiarity with review platforms like Google and Yelp is a plus
• Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office, and video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Experience with social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Sprinklr) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
