Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
• Monitor platform analytics to assess campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content for better results
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a lively community around the brand’s TikTok presence
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok features, algorithm changes, and trending challenges to keep content fresh and relevant

Skills

• Proven experience creating successful TikTok campaigns or managing TikTok accounts for brands or organizations
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform features, trends, challenges, and best practices for content creation
• Excellent video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that capture attention quickly
