Content Creation Internship

If you’re passionate about creating high-converting video content, this internship is for you.

As part of our video creation team, you’ll help edit multiple ad-style video versions using in-house footage. Your work will support our paid media efforts and social media presence. You’ll build on your existing skills while deepening your understanding of what drives performance across platforms.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate in content planning, blending brand aesthetics with performance goals to create something truly special.
• Film and edit engaging video content that showcases JUNOCO’s products, campaigns, and values, for organic and paid channels.
• Assist with filming when needed to enhance campaign footage.
• Stay on top of social media and ad trends, testing new formats and creative approaches.
• Understand the metrics behind each piece of content and help monitor the results of our content creation strategy.
• Monitoring and reporting on relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities to appropriate teams.
• Support identifying influencers and UGC creators to elevate content across both evergreen and campaign-focused projects.

Qualifications:

• Interest and understanding of video content creation, social platforms, and how to make content that converts.
• Previous experience creating video content for paid social or ad campaigns.
• Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing.
• Fluent, clear, and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm.
• Strong attention to detail, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Team player able to work with teams across the business.
