Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this paid role, you will craft engaging content, manage social media channels, and implement digital marketing strategies to connect with our community and grow our customer base. Your passion for storytelling and visual design will help showcase our services and values in innovative ways.

Duties

  • Develop compelling content for social media posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice and goals
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production - Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts; color-correct, add captions, transitions, and maintain consistent brand templates.
  • Visual Design & Creative Assets - Create branded templates for posts, emails, and other content using basic design tools maintain a visually cohesive and attractive content style.
  • Content Planning & Trend Research - Stay on top of TikTok trends, identify new content opportunities in the market, plan monthly content calendars, and propose new video ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Light Analytics & Performance Tracking - Monitor basic organic KPIs (views, engagement, followers), evaluate what’s working, and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms
  • Native understanding of TikTok trends, editing styles, and short-form storytelling.
  • Ability to film and photograph on-site (comfortable recording team members and real service scenarios).
  • Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Photography and lighting knowledge.
  • Experience managing organic social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Ability to create templates and simple designs for posts, email headers.
  • Experience creating content grids.
  • Strong creativity, initiative, and willingness to collaborate with field teams.
  • Ideally 1+ year working in an agency.
  • Ability to craft engaging written content with excellent proofreading skills
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, and partners effectively

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Experience working with service-based or home-service brands.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for design.
  • Ability to shoot with both smartphones and professional cameras.
  • Understanding of content strategy and storytelling frameworks.
  • Experience scheduling posts with tools like Hootsuite.
  • Comfortable assisting with occasional on-camera content or voiceovers.
