The tgin® Social Media & Influencer Coordinator is a key contributor to the brand’s digital presence, responsible for bringing tgin®’s brand story, product launches, campaigns, and community moments to life across social and creator platforms. This role supports the execution of social-first and influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and strengthen cultural relevance at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and purpose.
Working closely with the Assistant Marketing Manager, Creative, Retail, Product Development, and external creators, the Social & Influencer Coordinator balances creative execution with strategic thinking. This role requires a strong pulse on culture, trends, and platform behavior, while maintaining a polished, intentional, and unmistakably tgin® aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Execute cohesive, scroll-stopping social strategies supporting campaigns, events, and product launches across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute trend-driven content ideas from ideation through publishing.
- Monitor platform trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments to identify opportunities that align with brand values.
- Manage day-to-day social publishing, content calendars, and content banks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Write creative, on-brand, and trend-aware social captions aligned with the overall marketing plan.
- Build and manage community engagement through thoughtful interaction, moderation, and relationship-building.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Research, identify, and source influencers and creators aligned with tgin®’s brand, values, and audience.
- Build and maintain a master influencer database, tracking outreach, partnerships, and performance.
- Assist in developing influencer collaborations from briefing to execution and content delivery.
- Source external creator content when in-house production needs additional support.
- Assist in building and coordinating influencer PR and gifting packages.
- Support influencer and brand events, including on-site coordination and content capture.
Content Creation & Production
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for social, e-commerce, retail partners, and marketing funnels.
- Shoot professional-level content using iPhone, DSLR, and other cameras as needed.
- Edit content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to meet brand standards.
- Assist with coordinating in-house and on-location photoshoots with creators and models.
- Provide creative direction during content shoots to ensure quality, framing, lighting, and brand consistency.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
- Track social and influencer performance metrics to inform strategy optimization.
- Contribute to monthly social and influencer performance reports.
- Monitor TikTok Live activity to support product promotion initiatives.
- Stay organized and KPI-focused, tracking progress across campaigns and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or social campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of social-first strategy and influencer best practices, from talent sourcing to campaign measurement.
- Proven ability to think both creatively and strategically, translating ideas into executable plans.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and audience behavior.
- Strong cultural awareness with the ability to identify meaningful trends versus fleeting moments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Retail, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams.
- Proficiency with professional photography and video equipment, including DSLR and mobile devices.
- Experience using editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Experience using Asana is a plus.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media presence for a brand.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- On-site role based at tgin® HQ in Chicago
- Requires a reliable vehicle
- May include light local travel within the Chicago area
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds during in-store setups, product demonstrations, or related events.
