Lead Measurement Services for White Claw USA and own the relationship as a trusted advisor on media measurement and execution best practices through test and learn. You will be the SPOC for analytics demand for our team for the US Market and will share the campaign/pilot/initiative results with the relevant teams, ensuring that that the information warrants action, improvement and insights. You will work on translating measurement plans into concrete testing plans, defining analytically sound set-up parameters to be able to accurately track performance.
Accountabilities:
- Actively engage and participate in USA marketing planning sessions, understanding the marketing calendar and how it fits within the wider business context.
- Presenting insights to market team, agency and DCOE stakeholders of media reports, MMM, a test and learns, with a focus on first-party data and website traffic, acting as a “translator” between agency and USA Marketing team.
- Create the conditions for effective KPI definition and measurement of actual performance to understand what success looks like and how we can optimize efforts through actionable insights.
- Design and define all necessary reports to maintain a single source of truth digital dashboard.
- Work with the wider Measurement and Performance and Analytics team to develop a standardized measurement framework to evaluate campaign performance.
- Share campaign/pilot/initiative results and iterate based on learning and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for automation through Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
- Monthly digital performance reports delivery
- Efficiencies gained through insights provided and data-driven decision making
- Website traffic, CTR and first-party data usage.
- Number of Test and Learn pilots implemented.
- Efficiency gains through AI automation
Own:
- KPI tracking for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Learning Compendium in partnership with USA agency – documenting outcomes and presenting key takeaways from media reports and pilot campaigns to USA Marketing team and DCOE.
Implementation of best practices for digital measurement.
- Adoption of AI tools for increasing efficiencies.
Influence:
- Representing the DCOE and MABI as a thought leader in all digital campaign planning & measurement activities.
- Influence agencies and internal stakeholders to adhere to best practices, from naming conventions to start-of-the art measurement tools adoption.
Veto:
- Non-standard tagging of digital activities.
- Adoption of third-party solutions.
- Implementation of campaigns or tactics that don’t contribute to agreed value cases growth.
Critical Relationships:
- White Claw USA Marketing team and agencies.
- DCOE – Account leads, Acquisition and Lifecycle teams, Partner Commerce, Data Reporting, Digital Performance, Influencer Marketing, Loyalty.
- Alignment on Test & Learn approach and execution with agency.
- Media analysis, reporting and insights implementation with agency and USA Marketing team.
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- 8 + years of digital marketing / data analytics experience in an agency or a global brand (FMCG is a plus) with solid experience in the marketing measurement area including Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics.
- Strong Internal Influencer – high internal visibility & impact role.
- Self-starter, independent, able to get embedded in teams with minimal guidance.
- Strong reporting, visualization and storytelling/communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementally tests and MMM.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience in fast-moving, agile teams – experience with Jira/Agile environment. Is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI trends and tools.

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
