Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for our social media channels, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, while maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Social Media Management: Manage community interactions, including responding to messages and comments. Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns tailored to our audience.
• Campaign Development Assistance: Crafting end-to-end campaign plans across various marketing channels (Digital, Social, Site, Visual, PR, Email, etc.) that align with our global marketing calendar.
• Analytics & Reporting: Continuously analyze and report on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Influencer Management: Take ownership of influencer relationships. Develop and execute influencer campaigns, manage ongoing partnerships, and ensure all collaborations align with Mint Room Studios’ brand vision and goals.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Aesthetic Vision: A strong eye for aesthetics and design to ensure our brand is consistently represented beautifully across platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey our brand message effectively and engagingly.
• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and diligent in all tasks—whether it's double-checking posts, tracking metrics, or coordinating logistics. You will be the meticulous eye that catches small errors and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
• Execution Excellence: A strong sense of ownership and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion. You’re someone who always finishes the job and ensures high-quality results in everything you do.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Availability: 20-30 hours/week, with the potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position.
