Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Full-Time Content Creator to capture, create, and manage engaging digital content that highlights our restaurant, banquet halls, catering services, events, and brand story. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo and video content for restaurant dishes, banquets, catering setups, and live events
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, chef preparations, staff moments, and customer experiences
• Produce short-form and long-form content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or similar
• Write engaging captions, reels scripts, hashtags, and promotional copy aligned with Andaaz’s brand voice
• Plan and execute content shoots for menu launches, events, weddings, catering orders, and special promotions
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams on campaigns and content calendars
• Post and schedule content consistently while monitoring performance and engagement
• Stay up to date with food, hospitality, and social media trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role
• Strong portfolio featuring food, restaurant, event, or lifestyle content
• Skilled in mobile and/or camera photography and videography
• Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creative storytelling
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with restaurants, banquets, or catering companies
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking
• Experience with influencer collaborations or brand partnerships
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.11 - $29.03 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
