Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and local store Marketing Manager to lead our physical and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, analytics to support our company's growth objectives, and business to business local store marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and local store marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and others, as well as creating brand awareness by visiting businesses and making contact for potential new business.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools to Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and increase organic reach.
- Manage social listening activities to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Engage in public relations efforts by managing relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent content creation skills including writing, photography, graphic design, and video production.
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills for influencer outreach and public relations efforts.
- Exceptional proofreading skills ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Understanding of branding principles, social listening techniques, e-commerce integration, and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
