We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing and PR efforts and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand objectives across platforms such as Facebook,X, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to followers promptly.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords and utilizing Google Analytics for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand messaging.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze web analytics data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring proofread quality of all published materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics; familiarity with Google Analytics is essential.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Background in public relations or relationship management is a plus for fostering external partnerships.
  • Ability to produce high-quality visual content through photography or video editing using relevant software like Adobe Premiere or other video editing tools is desirable. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
