The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager & Marketing Assistant to lead our day-to-day social presence while supporting broader marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and energized by social media, content creation, and startup life.

You’ll own social media execution while assisting with initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales, and long-term growth—including TikTok Shop readiness, Shopify site management, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

Social Media

• Manage and grow dinkers® social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Create, film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Stay up to date on trends, sounds, and platform updates
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
• Engage with followers through comments and DMs
• Track performance and share insights on what’s working

Marketing Support

• Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Prepare content for pop-ups, events, and giveaways
• Support influencer, partnership, and collaboration outreach
• Assist with email marketing, website updates, and product launch content
• Help execute brand initiatives tied to growth goals (TikTok Shop, online sales, retail readiness)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts (brand or personal)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Creative, proactive, and reliable
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in startups, marketing, and purpose-driven brands

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce brands
• Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing tools
• Influencer or partnership marketing experience
• Passion for or experience working with neurodivergent communities
• Local to Southern Utah or Raleigh, NC

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week
