We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The perfect candidate has a great personality, is organized, is a self starter, detail oriented and is able to effectively communication. This role requires in office hours as well as being out in the community increasing our brand awareness.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, incorporating platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that captivate target audiences.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing to ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
  • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards.
  • Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to expand brand awareness.
  • Attend regular networking groups, pop-ups (sports events, gyms, other clinics, law firms, etc)

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Skilled in social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and ad optimization.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading to ensure clear, engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Ability to develop compelling visual content through photography and video editing; familiarity with digital storytelling is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers, clients, and community stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous for integrating marketing efforts with online sales channels. Pay: From $19.00 per hour
