Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends, loves branding, and knows how to move quickly without cutting corners.
You’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day social media activity—from posting and short-form video editing to community engagement—helping shape how our brand shows up online. This is an opportunity to work with an up-and-coming DTC/CPG brand where strong ideas, good instincts, and attention to detail truly matter.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
- Understand social first content and how it elevates brand awareness
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Instagram Edits, and other video tools
- Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats
- Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and storytelling across all social channels
- Assist with content calendars, campaign launches, and promotions
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support brand initiatives
- Monitor basic social performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Support influencer, UGC, and community-driven content initiatives with your counterpart
Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media marketing, branding, and digital content
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable working quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar software
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Later or Sprout Social
- Experience working with or strong interest in DTC and/or CPG brands
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Outdoor lifestyle or enthusiast mindset preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
