Compensation Range: $30 - 34 per hour

Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating all product orders, managing shipments, and communicating timelines to internal and external partners.
Manage inventory of the team product closet for all mailers and events.

Team Coordination:

Create, organize, and maintain internal team storage hub of all documents.
Track all project timelines in team dashboard, communicating timelines and updates to all key stakeholders.
Oversee, manage, and communicate updates across internal reporting systems.

Strategy & Briefing:

Create vendor briefs for Prada Beauty's product launch campaigns.
Identify and vet potential Influencer talent for product mailers.
Own reporting, recapping and occasionally strategy slides for team presentations.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience.
