Duties
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, and monitor performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform content planning and reputation management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to improve organic reach.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly while maintaining positive relationship management.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness to maximize ROI on paid promotions.
- Coordinate photography sessions or video editing projects to produce captivating visual content that aligns with brand identity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Ability to create compelling content including videos, photography, and written copy tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns along with understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers, influencers, media contacts, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present a monthly engagement report to executive leadership, highlighting performance metrics, growth, and insights
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with team members remotely or onsite. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
