We’re looking for a Manager of Experiential Marketing to join our Brand Activation team and shape unforgettable, immersive brand experiences. This role is all about delivering high‑impact moments through experiential strategy, flagship activations, retail experiences, and culturally resonant moments that make customers feel something. You’ll be an individual contributor who thrives on creativity, innovation, and building experiences that bring the Starbucks brand to life in unexpected ways.

As a manager, Experiential Marketing, you will…

  • Manage and execute experiential activations that extend the Starbucks brand through events, pop-ups, installations, and cultural moments.
  • Build and deliver go to market strategies for experiential programs that drive engagement, deepen connection, and create share worthy brand moments.
  • Ensure experiences come to life across social, earned media, influencer partnerships, and owned channels, creating integrated campaigns that amplify reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Brand, PR, Social, Creative, Store Design, and Legal to ensure experiential concepts are cohesive, on brand, and operationally sound.
  • Manage experiential partners, agencies, and collaborators who can bring fresh creative perspectives and elevate execution.
  • Assist in developing toolkits, guidelines, and content strategies that enable markets and cross functional teams to activate experiences consistently and effectively.
  • Track performance and gather insights across channels and activations to optimize future experiences and measure cultural and brand impact.
  • Stay ahead of experiential, cultural, retail, and event trends to keep Starbucks at the forefront of innovative brand moments.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, event production, or integrated brand campaigns.
  • Know how to create and execute immersive brand experiences that span physical, digital, social, and earned channels.
  • Are strong relationship builders who can manage external agencies, production teams, and creative partners.
  • Can juggle complex projects, budgets, and timelines with calm confidence.
  • Understand how to translate big experiential ideas into scalable, actionable activation plans.
  • Are passionate about culture, innovation, design, storytelling, and creating moments that spark brand love.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and bring a positive, can do energy.
  • Ability to Travel, passport required.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
