<Job Overview>
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, curating, and executing a cohesive social media strategy that reflects the brand, values, and aesthetic of the plastic surgery practice. This role focuses on daily content creation and posting across all social platforms while driving engagement, brand awareness, and patient interest through creative, on-trend, and visually compelling content.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands the nuances of the cosmetic and medical space, and can translate procedures, results, and patient experiences into engaging social content.

<Duties>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform content planning.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and other tools to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Buffer to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee graphic design projects
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, foster community interactions, and build lasting relationships with target audiences.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and emerging social media platforms to keep strategies innovative.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Social media marketing tools
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methodologies, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing to ensure clear, engaging messaging.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools like Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in plastic surgery, med spa, or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
  • Content strategy and analytics experience
  • Influencer or brand collaboration experience
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends such as video editing for social media content creation.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
