Position Overview

Air Tahiti Nui is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of regional marketing and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketing professional with strong organizational skills, hands-on execution experience, and a passion for supporting integrated marketing campaigns.

This is a digitally focused role requiring strong skills in website CMS management, email marketing, and social media content coordination. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and standard reporting tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, as well as major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance across the Americas region. This position works closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Air Tahiti Nui's Head Office Marketing team, as well as external partners including tourism boards, PR and advertising agencies, influencers, and travel industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute website updates and CMS enhancements, including creating new landing pages

and refreshing existing content.

Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns and internal newsletters (B2B and B2C) using Marketing

Cloud.

Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely posting and brand alignment across

platforms and channels.

Work with Google keywords and ad groups and monitor Google and Facebook dashboards for

campaign performance.

Coordinate influencer content and contract with our PR agency and assist with digital asset organization.

Oversee the development and compliance of prize letters and promotional materials.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing assets for campaigns.

Support marketing initiatives for both consumer and travel trade segments.

Attend and actively support all marketing events, promotions, and company-sponsored initiatives, as

required.

Essential Functions

The position is required to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the successful performance of the assigned duties including:

Updating and refreshing website CMS content and landing pages.

Executing email marketing communications and internal newsletters.

Managing social media content and posting on behalf of the company.

Maintaining an organized folder structure, tracking influencer imagery, and ensuring all content is

properly cataloged within the digital asset management system.

Producing point-of-sale materials, including flyers, promotional pieces, timetables, and presentations.

Assisting in special marketing and promotional activities.

Supporting the HOM, VP, and Sales in implementing and executing defined marketing and sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer service monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive marketing experience.

Proven track record in digital marketing, e-commerce, and management of OTA and metasearch

partnerships.

Strong understanding of online marketing channels, social media, and performance analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a strong working knowledge of core marketing functions.

Experience within the airline, travel, or tourism industry strongly preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
