Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media, Content & Community Specialist to manage and grow our U.S.-based social media presence, support live content initiatives, and assist with local marketing events. This role focuses on creative content development, social media execution, community engagement, and event support, helping to strengthen brand awareness and local connections in the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate is highly familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and other U.S. social platforms, has strong creative instincts, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging digital and real-world experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other U.S.-focused social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for posts, short-form videos (Reels), stories, and campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned English copy for social media and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to optimize content for each platform.
- Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with U.S. social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Live Content & Online Engagement
- Support or host live sessions, video content, or interactive online events on social platforms when needed.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and live interactions to build an active online community.
Local Events & Community Marketing
- Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of local U.S. marketing events, community meetups, or brand activations.
- Support event concept development, on-site coordination, and post-event content creation.
- Represent the brand at events or act as an event host when appropriate.
Creative & Campaign Support
- Contribute creative ideas for social campaigns, event themes, and brand storytelling.
- Work cross-functionally to support broader marketing and community initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and U.S. social media culture.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Experience creating or supporting short-form video, live content, or social campaigns.
- Comfortable with public-facing roles, on-camera content, or live engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Reels, Stories, live streaming, or influencer-style content.
- Familiarity with basic design or video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
- Experience in event planning, community marketing, or brand activations.
- Background in marketing, communications, PR, or media-related fields.
