Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly, tied to lead volume

We’re hiring a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist who can create high-impact content, manage paid advertising, and take ownership of our digital presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants visibility, responsibility, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create short-form and long-form video content including Reels, Shorts, product demos, and educational clips.
  • Capture and edit product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and brand visuals.
  • Plan and manage social content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with audiences and help grow brand awareness and credibility.
  • Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach.

Paid Advertising & Digital Growth

  • Strategize, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Strategize and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and remarketing as applicable).
  • Monitor performance metrics including leads, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Test creatives, audiences, keywords, and messaging to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality.

Digital Asset & Brand Ownership

  • Manage and maintain company digital assets, including:
  • Website content coordination and updates
  • Social media business pages
  • LinkedIn company profile and pages
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets such as photo/video libraries and brand templates.

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Support product launches, promotions, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Assist with trade show and event marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns.

KPIs for Success (First 90–120 Days)

  • Publish 3–5 short-form videos per week across core platforms.
  • Improve social engagement and reach month-over-month.
  • Launch and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns, generating consistent inbound leads.
  • Maintain CPL within target ranges while improving lead quality.
  • Keep digital assets and content libraries organized and up to date.
  • Support at least one major marketing or product campaign with measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or paid advertising.
  • Strong video editing and visual content skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
  • Portfolio of relevant content work required.
  • Interest in technology, security, or smart-home products is a plus.
