Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across the department and help strengthen our brand presence both in-market and within our spas. This role will assist with the execution of brand and social marketing campaigns while also supporting grassroots initiatives, event coordination, partnerships, and content creation.

While this position will support all functions of the Marketing team, the Coordinator will own day-to-day social media execution,including planning, posting, community engagement, and content capture.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for wellness, beauty, and storytelling. They should have experience in social media management, event planning, and general marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & General Marketing Support

  • Support brand marketing initiatives across social, in-spa, partnerships, grassroots, community outreach, and general marketing channels.

  • Assist in coordinating timelines, asset needs, and approvals for brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
  • Help ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.

Events & New Spa Opening Support

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including spa openings, partnerships, community activations, and in-spa experiences.
  • Support logistics such as vendor communication, supplies, run-of-show documents, and on-site event needs.
  • Help prepare promotional materials, invitations, schedules, and post-event follow-ups.

Partnerships & Grassroots Marketing

  • Support local partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that build brand awareness.
  • Help maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, wellness studios, and influencers.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and co-branded content for partnership activations.

Social Media & Content Support

  • Execute day-to-day social media tasks, including content planning, scheduling, posting, community engagement, and basic content capture.
  • Support the creation of content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and any brand touchpoints where content is needed.
  • Track basic engagement insights and share observations or learnings with the Marketing team.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to help keep marketing projects on track.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, shoot schedules, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Marketing team.

Experience & Requirements:* 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within consumer-facing industries (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, retail).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends; comfortable supporting social execution and community engagement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, brand-aligned voice.
  • Comfortable supporting a wide variety of marketing channels-including events, grassroots, partnerships, and general brand marketing.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the Marketing team.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and fashion, with a natural interest in culture, trends, and storytelling.

Additional Skills (Preferred):* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Canva is a strong plus.

  • Experience with editing and creating social media content, including short-form video and Reels, is also highly valued.
