What You'll Do

• Own the funnel: Work internet leads, phone, text, email, and social DMs with speed and precision.
• Create demand: Shoot short-form videos, live walk-arounds, reels, and posts that convert views into appointments.
• Dominate appointments: Set, confirm, and show appointments; deliver tight needs analyses, demos, and write-ups.
• Close with confidence: Present numbers, overcome objections, and partner with management to finalize deals.
• Follow up like a pro: Same-day thank-yous, next-day callbacks, review requests, and referral asks.
• Run the floor: Greet guests fast, direct to inventory, introduce promos, and maintain a sharp showroom presence.
• CRM discipline: Log every touch, every time-100% accuracy.

What You Bring

• Retail sales, internet sales, marketing, or social media/influencer experience (automotive a plus-experienced car salespeople encouraged to apply).
• Killer communication on camera and in person; confident writing DMs, emails, and scripts.
• Competitive drive, coachability, and a customer-first mindset.
• Professional appearance and the stamina to thrive in a fast pace.
• HS diploma or higher; valid driver's license.
