Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.
- Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost visibility and generate leads while managing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, promotional events, and E-commerce campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability on search engines and social platforms.
- Analyze web analytics such as Google Analytics and web traffic data to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Engage in public relations activities by building relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to expand brand awareness.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that captivates audiences.
- Proofread all content meticulously to maintain professionalism, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, video editing techniques, photography, and social media management tools.
Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations with a track record of increasing engagement metrics.
- Strong proficiency in social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch), social media management applications (Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated ability in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics to optimize digital content effectively.
- Experience executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable results.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with public relations strategies and relationship management within digital spaces is highly desirable.
