All Vibrant Wellness labs are processed in our Santa Clara, CA facility, where we are supported by 400+ clinical researchers and scientists powering longevity through discovery. The marketing team is based in Austin, TX, where we also produce the The Vibrant Wellness Podcast.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own and elevate Vibrant Wellness’s presence across our core channels—primarily LinkedIn and Instagram. This role will shape how we show up for providers, partners, and consumers: building a clear social strategy, creating content arcs that reflect our brand pillars, and turning events, influencers, and podcasts into a consistent flow of compelling stories.

Reporting into Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution, and measurement. You’ll move us from agency-driven, one-off posts to a cohesive, always-on social ecosystem that supports business goals and deepens trust with our community.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can think like a strategist, create like a content marketer, and operate like an owner.

What You Will Do

  • Own the social media strategy for Vibrant Wellness across LinkedIn and Instagram (and other Meta surfaces as appropriate), defining the role of each channel and how they work together to support brand and business priorities.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar that translates brand pillars, product priorities, campaigns, and key initiatives into clear, sequenced content arcs by channel.
  • Create and publish platform-native content —including posts, carousels, reels, thought-leadership snippets, and educational content—either directly or in partnership with design and creative resources.
  • Lead event and trade show social coverage , including major industry conferences and the Vibrant Longevity Summit—planning pre-event build-up, on-site content capture, and post-event storytelling.
  • Partner with our podcast team to identify and package high-impact clips, quotes, and themes into social-first assets that extend the reach of our experts and guests.
  • Activate influencer and KOL content by shaping how those assets appear on our channels—curating, sequencing, and repurposing them for maximum relevance, credibility, and engagement.
  • Build the systems behind the scenes —content libraries, naming conventions, workflows, briefs, and simple governance—so social runs smoothly, scales efficiently, and is easy for internal teams to plug into.
  • Establish a clear measurement framework for social performance, tracking reach, engagement, follower growth, audience quality, click-through, and contribution to key initiatives. Translate this into regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously test and optimize creative formats, posting cadences, messaging angles, and content themes, using insights to refine our strategy and double down on what works.
  • Ensure brand and compliance alignment across all posts—maintaining a consistent voice and visual standard while adapting appropriately to each platform and audience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, partnerships, sales, and education teams to ensure our social presence reflects what’s happening across the business and supports their goals.

What We Need for This Role

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital content roles, with direct ownership of brand channels (LinkedIn and Instagram experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record developing and executing social strategies that drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, and audience quality.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and running social around events (conferences, trade shows, summits) and/or podcasts.
  • Experience working with influencer, creator, or KOL content—even if you weren’t the one signing the deals.
  • Comfortable building simple systems and structure—calendars, workflows, documentation—to bring order to a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and move work forward with limited oversight.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and represent the social function as a strategic partner.
