Influencer Marketing Coordinator

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer initiatives across social and affiliate platforms. This role reports to the VP of Digital Marketing and plays a key part in growing brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and driving campaign performance through strategic influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about digital culture, social media trends and building an impactful creator community

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with Marketing Associate to support the development of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, all with great execution and follow-through.
  • Identify and vet influencers aligned with brand values, audience demographics, and campaign goals.
  • Identify opportunities with creators to increase retail brand presence and grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Negotiate, contract, and onboard influencers to ensure smooth workflow and brand alignment.
  • Manage influencer deliverables, timelines, content reviews, and communication throughout each campaign.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases, contracts, and internal documentation.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned

Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, agencies, talent managers, and creator partners.
  • Support collaborative partnership strategies that enhance brand credibility, reach, and engagement.
  • Ensure ongoing communication and strong rapport with partners, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Carry out seasonal and evergreen influencer strategies to maintain consistent brand presence year-round.
  • Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and mass communications to our growing community of creator advocates and affiliates.
  • Help coordinate gifting programs, outreach requests from PR, brand activations, and engagement opportunities to strengthen loyalty.
  • Assist in evaluating partnership performance and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media and Retail teams to align influencer content with broader brand and campaign initiatives.
  • Partner with Creative/Content teams on briefing materials, visual direction, and message consistency.
  • Gather analytics and Insights, monitoring campaign KPIs to gather learnings, inform opportunities and iterate on future strategies.
  • Coordinate with Product and Brand teams to ensure influencers receive accurate product information and talking points.
  • Support communication between internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in planning, execution, and optimization of influencer initiatives across social and affiliate platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks or influencer platforms (e.g., AWIN, LTK, ShopMy, Aspire, GRIN)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of analytics (engagement rate, ENV,ROI, conversion metrics)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools

This is a regular, hourly, full-time,

in-office

position located at our headquarters in Concord, California.

Target Salary Based on Experience

The standard range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus bonus.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and competitive bonus achievement. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
