Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding and marketing campaigns.
- Design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts, advertisements, and website updates.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility on search engines.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for reputation management.
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand messaging and media outreach efforts.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring content aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted social media campaigns.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising, photography, video editing, and related fields to continuously improve strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Expertise in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging visual content including photography and video editing skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and customers online.
- Familiarity with branding principles, public relations strategies, and e-commerce marketing techniques.
