Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely campaign launches.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment, track trends, and identify opportunities for engagement or crisis management.
- Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost posts, generate leads, and drive e-commerce sales.
- Conduct web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and influencer partnerships.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for promotional materials, banners, and advertisements.
- Engage in relationship management by responding promptly to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries across all social channels.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, optimizing product descriptions with relevant keywords, and coordinating photography sessions for high-quality visuals.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with measurable results in lead generation or sales conversion.
- Knowledge of public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation through media outreach and influencer collaborations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales optimization practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
