Join Tinder as an Influencer Marketing Intern to support influencer partnerships and campaigns in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing: • Research and source new influencer partners aligned with brand goals and campaigns. • Manage product seeding logistics, including gifting, shipping, and tracking deliveries. • Track influencer posts, stories, and coverage for live campaigns, events, and gifting initiatives. • Update and maintain Tinder’s internal influencer and talent database. • Compile and analyze influencer performance data and campaign metrics. • Support the creation of influencer briefs and communication materials. • Monitor emerging creators and compile a weekly trend and talent watchlist. • Collaborate closely with the Social, Media, and Brand teams.

About You

The company is looking for: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, creator communities, and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • A proactive, resourceful, and creative mindset. • Passion for Tinder’s mission to spark meaningful connections.

Nice to have: • Experience working with or managing creators/influencers. • Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, Tagger). • Personal interest in pop culture, internet trends, and social storytelling.

Training & Development
