Our Nashville client, a health and wellness company, is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to join their growing team!
This is a full-time onsite opportunity (or relocation to Nashville expected within 90 days of accepting the position). In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to tackle challenges across operations, distribution, and growth. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, loves working with creators, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

TikTok Shop Manager Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing creators who authentically align with the brand and can drive consistent TikTok Shop revenue
- Curate high-performing content that leads to virality and shop revenue
- Manage creator content, track performance, optimize campaigns, and stay organized inside a fast-moving content pipeline
- Actively engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments, and foster a positive, motivating environment that reflects brand values
- Test, learn, iterate, and push performance. This role is about results, not just posting content
- Oversee TikTok Shop operations and affiliate program, ensuring content and shop assets are organized, optimized, and consistently moving forward
TikTok Shop Manager Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on TikTok Shop experience with a strong understanding of its inner workings
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator management
- Familiarity with TikTok culture, current trends, and platforms like Discord
- Strong understanding of affiliate programs, creator recruitment, and content creation
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation
- Comfortable on camera and outgoing with a passion for working with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for health and fitness and alignment with the brands mission
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Positive attitude under pressure and a proactive problem-solving approach
- A balance of confidence and humility with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality
