Job Summary

We are looking for a UGC Grants Coordinator (In-House) to manage and coordinate user-generated content (UGC) collaborations for our brand. This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and proactive, who enjoys working with creators, tracking deliverables, and supporting content that drives engagement and leads.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content coordination, social media management, basic SEO, and performance tracking to support brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.

This is an in-house position (not freelance or agency) with room for growth, performance-based bonuses, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns by sourcing, curating, and publishing authentic content from clients and followers.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for improved search engine rankings.
  • Oversee content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools to produce visually appealing materials.
  • Manage website updates through WordPress or other content management systems, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and Google AdWords to attract new clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and maintain client engagement through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team on conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase booking rates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce, and performance marketing to continually refine strategies.

Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in content coordination, UGC management, influencer coordination, or social media support roles.

  • Experience coordinating UGC creators, influencers, or content contributors
  • Experience tracking content deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Basic experience tracking engagement metrics such as views, reach, and engagement
  • Experience organizing digital assets, content folders, and usage rights
  • Experience communicating with creators, freelancers, or internal teams
  • Basic understanding of content calendars and posting workflows

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
