About the Role:
The Influencer Intern will report directly to the Influencer Manager on the Social Team. This intern will support the daily tasks of the Influencer and Social team and work cross-functionally across the Digital + PR teams to support key moments and launches.
- Maintain the Digital Product Closet by ordering products, shipping supplies and other materials needed for Influencer sends, Social Team filming and other business needs
- Create and ship PR packages to influencers for content, reactive gifting, surprise and delights, etc. via FedEx in office and Shopify
- Monitor social platforms for relevant conversations and trending moments to support reactive gifting and outreach opportunities
- Create influencer content briefs via PowerPoint for product launches, promotional events and organic content requests
- Monitor influencer community engagement via Aspire and Traackr and organize content for reporting
- Build influencer seeding lists for various launch and promotional moments with TikTok and Instagram profiles via Aspire
- Review influencers invite lists from PR team for influencer trips and events to ensure influencers are fit brand image + guidelines
- Conduct competitive research for influencer events, PR sends and launch content strategies
- Attend brand events to assist with set up, influencer check-in and content filming with the Social team
Skills and programs:
- Microsoft Suite: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Social insight platforms: AspireIQ, Traackr, Dash Hudson
- Video filming and editing skills preferred: Final Cut Pro, iMovie, CapCut, Splice, Adobe Premier Pro
- Product inventory: Shopify, SAP
Reports to : Influencer Manager
Hybrid: 3 days a week in NYC office, 2 days' work from home
Hours: up to 40 hours per week
Requirements: degree in marketing, advertising or related field. 1 year of relevant experience in beauty marketing or PR agency preferred.
