Role Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the execution and growth of performance-driven marketing initiatives. This role is well-suited for a motivated professional with hands-on experience across affiliate marketing, organic traffic channels, and social media support, particularly within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment . The ideal candidate has practical exposure to managing partnerships, analyzing performance data, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve acquisition and conversion outcomes. Familiarity with creator-led or user-generated content initiatives is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Organic Growth

• Oversee daily operations of an affiliate marketing program, ensuring consistent execution and optimization
• Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and content publishers
• Monitor tracking, links, promotions, and partner compliance to ensure program accuracy and performance
• Identify and test new partnership and growth opportunities across performance and content-driven channels
• Support organic growth initiatives, including keyword research, on-page updates, and content optimization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content, performance, and conversion strategies
• Analyze and report on channel performance using analytics tools, affiliate platforms, and spreadsheets
• Apply industry best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and measurable results

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing and/or SEO programs
• Experience with social media marketing, influencer coordination, or UGC management a huge plus.
• Prior exposure to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
