We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences across various platforms. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, brand perception, and industry trends.
- Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relations, and promote positive brand image.
- Oversee branding efforts across all digital channels ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to integrate social media marketing with online sales initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand outreach efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
- Experience with social listening tools and platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting tailored for social media channels.
- Expertise in Facebook Advertising campaigns and overall social media marketing tactics.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
- Knowledge of branding principles and e-commerce integration strategies.
- Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics to inform marketing decisions.
