Legacy Housing Inc. is seeking a Guerrilla Marketing Specialist to drive online advertising and digital marketing efforts for our Heritage Housing retail locations nationwide. This is a computer-based, in-house role focused on creating, testing, and optimizing digital ads that convert interest into retail traffic and sales.
This position is not field-based and does not involve face-to-face marketing, events, or interpersonal sales. The right candidate is tech-savvy, creative, analytical, and comfortable owning digital campaigns from idea to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Write, launch, and optimize digital ads promoting Heritage Housing retail locations
- Manage paid advertising across platforms such as:
- Facebook / Instagram
- Google Search & Display
- Other relevant digital channels
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative that highlights:
- Available homes
- Promotions or incentives
- Financing options and affordability
- Test headlines, visuals, targeting, and budgets to improve performance
- Monitor campaign metrics (clicks, leads, conversions) and adjust accordingly
- Coordinate with leadership to align ads with inventory and sales goals
- Maintain brand consistency between Legacy Housing Inc. and Heritage Housing
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — especially ad copy
- Comfortable working independently at a computer for most of the day
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms or tools
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to test, iterate, and improve ads based on performance
- Organized and detail-oriented
This position does NOT require:
- Field marketing experience
- Event planning
- Sales or customer-facing work
- Influencer outreach or partnerships
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience running paid digital ads
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Understanding of retail, housing, or high-consideration purchases
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, etc.)
