We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing & Brand Coordinator to curate, manage, and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and guest communication channels.
This position is ideal for a polished, creative professional who understands luxury branding, visual storytelling, and consistent brand presentation.
Core Responsibilities:
Social Media & Brand Presence
Curate and publish:
2 thoughtfully styled posts per week on Instagram and Facebook
1 elevated post per week on TikTok
Maintain a cohesive, luxury-forward aesthetic across all platforms
Ensure all content reflects the RiverView Ranch experience, values, and standards

Content Creation & Creative Direction
Visit the ranch once per quarter to capture high-quality photo and video content
Additional on-site visits for special events as needed
Direct and coordinate professional photographers and content creators (a plus if you fly drone, take photos or video already)
Organize and manage a comprehensive digital content library
Email Marketing & Guest Communication
Design and distribute two branded email campaigns per month with Revinate
Highlight new offerings, seasonal experiences, events, and ranch updates
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
Identify, vet, and manage relationships with content creators and aligned product brands
Oversee collaboration timelines, deliverables, and usage rights
Ensure partnerships align with RiverView Ranch’s luxury positioning
Digital Strategy & Website Management
Manage and keep Google Ads current and optimized
Ensure the RiverView Ranch website remains accurate, elegant, and up to date
Coordinate with external vendors when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel marketing
Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of high-end branding
Skilled in short-form video creation, photography direction, and visual storytelling
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable working independently while meeting weekly and monthly deliverables
Experience with email platforms, Google Ads, and website CMS tools
Passion for experiential travel, ranch lifestyle, or elevated outdoor destinations
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
