Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving online growth through strategic content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, social media platforms, graphic design, and analytics tools to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics with Google Analytics and Web Analytics.
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing software) to support marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and search engine ranking.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage relationships with media outlets, and coordinate branding initiatives.
  • Develop engaging written content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials while ensuring proofreading accuracy.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing activities to drive online sales through targeted campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance using web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Foster relationship management by engaging with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to build a strong community presence.

Qualifications

  • in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Video editing), and other graphic design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, Web Analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Skilled in Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising strategies.
  • Excellent content creation skills with an eye for branding consistency; experience in photography is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
