Unilever US Foods is searching for an experienced media expert who is equal parts Food Lover and Growth Hunter—someone who brings the irresistible dual power of crafting crave**‑worthy brand desire while relentlessly foraging for every last pocket of growth across digital and social ecosystems. We’re looking for a marketer who can plate our Food brands at the center of culture, serving up measurable business impact and fueling end‑to‑end demand generation for our portfolio of global powerhouses (Hellmann’s, Knorr) and premium culinary icons (Maille). This role sits within the Media Strategy, Performance, and Digital Marketing Capability team in Unilever US’s Foods business unit and reports to the Associate Director of US Foods Media Strategy, Performance, and Digital Marketing Capability. You’ll lead media strategy, planning, and optimization in partnership with our media AOR—maximizing ROI across the media ecosystem and driving growth with a bold, social‑**first palate.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert on E2E media demand generation with a focus on National Media, leveraging deep understanding of consumer and the media landscape
Act as the strategic steward of our iconiccart ofbrands (Hellmann’s, Knorr, Maille), knowing each media plan like a signature recipe and partnering with agencies to translate business challenges into crisp, flavorful media objectives and KPIs.
Operate as a relentless growth hunter, always foraging for fresh opportunities to build brand heat and accelerate growth like a perfectly rising dough.
Own media performance and optimization, bringing a performancedriven palate that continuously tastes, tests, and finetunes media plans using data as your secret sauce for efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner seamlessly with brand teams,socialfirstleads, agencies, andcrossfunctionalexperts** to plate brilliant E2E campaigns that feel cohesive, satisfying, and culturally delicious**.
Oversee executional excellence, ensuring content, retail, and influencer elements blend together like a wellbalanced dish crafted in partnership with brand teams and social leads
Manage social JBP partnerships for the Foods business unit, extracting maximum value and stirring in learning agendas that keep our strategies fresh and flavorful.
Bringcheflevelmastery tosocialfirstdemand generation, staying on the cutting edge of an AIdriven media landscape like a culinary innovator experimenting with bold new techniques.
Drive audience growth tied to business objectives by leading media audience development in partnership with agency audience specialists, brand and CMI leads
Play a key role across interagency teams (media, PR, creative), using creativity and a socialfirst mindset to push culture forward and spark craveworthy desire for our brands at scale.
Keep a sharp pulse on culture, collaborating with media partners to bring forward fresh, authentic partnership opportunities that pair beautifully with our craveworthy portfolio of Foods brands.
Explorenew marketingmodels with curiosity and appetite, bringing high fluency in socialfirst demand generation and a hunger for what’s next.
Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, staying ahead of the curve like a chef who always knows the next big flavor.
Steward the E2E media budget with precision and accountability, ensuring every investment is seasoned just right for maximum impact.

Subject matter experts – CMI, Media Performance Analytics, Retail Media Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field; media agency experienced preferred
5+ Years experience in a media or marketing role; digital/social experience required
Strong communication, writing, collaboration skills and ability to influence
Effective management of multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, the ability to take initiative/set priorities and draw actionable insights
Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital & social trends
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Experience collaborating with multiple agency teams across media, PR, creative
Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to navigate changes and uncertainties that may arise during project lifecycles
Being a foodie is a plus!
Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
