We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the social media presence for 20+ hotel properties, managing content curation, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and analytics. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and scheduling social media content from those assets, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging online presence across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media presence for multiple properties on platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Curate and repurpose content from professional photo and video shoots for social media, creating high-quality posts and Stories.
  • Develop and execute influencer partnerships and outreach to expand brand visibility and drive collaborative campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities across all properties by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple accounts while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Repost user-generated and tagged content to Stories and other platforms to highlight guest experiences.
  • Monitor and report monthly analytics for each property, including engagement, reach, and follower growth, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in monthly social media calls to review performance and coordinate with hotel teams.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content and strategy remain competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience managing social media accounts.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong content creation skills, including editing photos and videos from professional shoots and creating social media-ready assets.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social) for multiple accounts.
  • Ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to brand voice and messaging.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities across 20+ properties.
  • Experience with influencer collaboration and community engagement is a plus.
