Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about content creation, deeply understands consumer psychology, and can consistently uncover audience motivations, interests, and pain points with empathy. The ideal candidate is broad-minded, curious, and continuously learning, with strong digital intuition and the ability to identify and capitalize on trending topics. They must excel in writing compelling copy, crafting impactful headlines, and building suspenseful hooks that drive engagement, while also bringing strong critical thinking, diverse interests, and the ability to provide unique insights and analyses on products.

Responsibilities

1. Driven by the goals of increasing product sales and enhancing brand visibility, continuously produce compelling, high-quality content aligned with the company’s marketing strategy. Content themes include, but are not limited to, corporate and product topics, trending figures, current events, and more.
2. Based on insights into potential consumers’ pain points, psychological needs, and purchasing behaviors—as well as the brand’s and products’ commercialization requirements—adjust content strategies and techniques as needed to maintain high engagement and strong audience appeal.
3. Conduct business negotiations with external KOLs and secure commercial partnerships.
4. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and accepts new responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in life sciences or bioscience required (MS, or PhD preferred).
2. Experience in writing soft-content/advertorial-style pieces for new media, general business, or technology-related topics is preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of social and content marketing trends and emerging platforms and ability/knowledge to stay ahead of the curve in social/content marketing.
4. Must possess collaborative and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a cross-functional team.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong attention to detail and perform under tight deadlines.
