Role Overview

We are seeking a Remote, Part-Time Account Specialist who can manage client accounts end-to-end — from scouting and converting potential leads to overseeing marketing execution and performance analysis. This role combines client acquisition, account management, and hands-on marketing execution , making it ideal for a professional who understands both growth strategy and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Conversion

  • Identify, research, and scout potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
  • Convert qualified prospects into clients by understanding business objectives and proposing tailored marketing solutions
  • Support proposal creation, scope definition, and client onboarding

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand client brand positioning, goals, and target audiences
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and ongoing client communication

Marketing Execution & Coordination

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives, including:
  • Social media marketing (content planning, posting, engagement)
  • Content creation (graphics, captions, short-form video concepts)
  • Influencer marketing coordination and collaborations
  • Digital marketing campaign support
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and influencers to ensure brand consistency and quality

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms
  • Prepare performance reports highlighting reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or agency account management
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Content creation and visual storytelling
  • Graphic basics and creative direction
  • Influencer marketing workflows
  • Digital marketing fundamentals and analytics
  • Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing agency or servicing multiple clients
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, scheduling platforms, and reporting dashboards
  • Exposure to lead conversion or sales for marketing services
