Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance our online visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing tools, and creative design to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and visibility in search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics and social listening data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Oversee public relations efforts by maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and branding consistency before publication.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, branding, and video editing to keep strategies current.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers for visual assets that support campaigns; oversee video editing projects for promotional content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels while fostering positive relationships with followers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in social listening tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Hootsuite, Buffer, and other relevant applications.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in branding and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency.
  • Ability to develop creative visual content including photography and video editing.
  • Strong relationship management skills for public relations outreach and influencer collaborations.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize marketing efforts; familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required. Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
